We would like to wish a special congratulations to one of our Northern Oklahoma FOCAS members, Matthew Hasenfratz.  For the second year in a row, Matt won the Junior State Championship in the 11-14 age division at Lake Eufaula, Oklahoma.  Matt will now get to compete at the World Championship level in Pittsburg, PA where he will compete for over $30,000 in scholarships and Youth Program Grants.
